A brief orientation before you begin...

We don’t rush men into this work.  This application helps us get to know you and ensure the group is right for you.

Set aside 10 minutes, find a quiet space, and answer the questions honestly and in one sitting. 

To ensure you don't lose your responses (and so you have a copy), we suggest writing answers in a separate document - copy and paste them into the fields - then hit the apply button.
