Bill Williams

Bill is an Executive Leadership Coach working with Chief Executives, Managing Directors, Business owners and boards across the globe. Based in London, Bill describes his superpower as getting to the heart of matters quickly with his clients and often way faster than they expect.

Bill has over 30 years’ experience as a Director and 20 of those as a CEO in numerous companies. His board experience spans stock market listed companies through to privately owned enterprises and Charities.

Throughout his 20 years as a CEO Bill had a coach, and several years ago worked with Bodhi. The work with Bodhi led to a profound impact on Bills performance as a leader, as a husband and as a father and was the start of a journey working with, contributing to and learning from the True Freedom Team that continues to this day.

Bill's passion, experience and empathy to help leaders at the top or their organisations stems from his own experience, “it’s lonely at the top”.

Working with leaders to help them connect at a deeper level, with their teams and shareholders, with their families and loved ones and with themselves is where he is at this best.
