The structure is steady and doable: monthly group sessions, one-on-one coaching every 4–6 weeks, and short guided practices to weave into your day. The deeper shifts happen between sessions - in real time, in real life.

And if you ever miss something, everything’s recorded and supported by your coach and the group.

All group calls are recorded, and your coach will help you stay connected to the teaching and reflection questions between sessions. What matters most is your engagement, not your attendance record.

You’ll also have access to your private coach, the community WhatsApp group, and the shared meditations - so you’ll never lose the thread of your journey.

Yes. Although the core program runs online, we gather in person for optional retreats and events throughout the year in both Australia and the UK.

Many men choose to meet locally between sessions or attend Wisdom Circles and retreats to deepen connection.

We find that once men experience the depth of connection possible online, they’re often surprised… the brotherhood becomes very real, even across distance.

In each session, we also offer smaller breakout groups of 4-5 men so if you're uncomfortable sharing in the wider group you can feel safe in the smaller breakout groups.
