For over two decades, Gary has lived at the edge of high performance. He built one of Australia's most awarded and fastest-growing businesses, and became the marketing and strategic growth partner behind some of the biggest names in personal development, including Tony Robbins, Guru Singh, and the Oneness Movement. He knows the climb up the success mountain intimately. The strategy, the grind, the pressure, the win.

And then, in 2020, it all unravelled.
Gary walked into his own valley of despair, the kind of season no strategy or hustle can think its way out of. It was in that breaking open that True Freedom found him. What emerged on the other side wasn't a new business plan. It was a new way of being. A quieter power. The recognition that real freedom isn't something you build or earn. It's who you already are, underneath everything you've been performing to become.

What made the ground hold underneath him was something quieter, something he had been walking for much longer than anyone around him realised. Gary's path of inner work began at 14, and over the 35+ years since he has studied across an unusually wide road of traditions. From Buddhist philosophy and shamanic practice to breathwork, NLP and hypnosis. From the ancient maps of numerology, Gene Keys, Human Design and astrology. Always returning to the same question: what does it take for a man to be truly free?

Today, Gary brings both sides of that journey into every room he walks into. He still holds the pragmatic strategies of a seasoned operator, but trust and presence are what lead now. He knows the pressure of carrying a vision, leading teams, and still showing up fully at home as a husband and father, and he lives that balance daily.

Alongside Bodhi, Gary is building True Freedom Leadership into a movement for men who have "made it" by every external measure, yet sense there's more. Men ready to stop performing and start living. His presence is warm, direct, and unafraid of the real conversation.
