True Freedom Leadership
True Freedom Leadership was born from Bodhi Aldridge’s lifelong commitment to inner transformation and authentic leadership.
After decades working with founders, executives, and high-performing teams around the globe, Bodhi saw that success alone wasn’t enough. The leaders he coached were outwardly accomplished yet inwardly restless - driven by achievement but disconnected from themselves.
His own journey from lawyer to leadership mentor revealed a deeper truth: freedom isn’t found in what we do, but in who we are. From this realisation, True Freedom Leadership was born - a place where men learn to lead from Presence, Purpose, and Passion.
Today, Bodhi is joined by his son, Dominic Aldridge, and a team of Leadership Coaches who have walked beside him for many years. Together, they represent two generations of leadership - blending wisdom and drive, depth and action - united by a shared vision: to awaken men to true freedom and transform the way they live and lead.
