This Agreement is between you (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Client’) and True Freedom Leadership (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Provider’).
By accepting or agreeing to this Agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The ‘Retreat’ as referred to throughout this document shall be considered an in-person immersive experience delivered by True Freedom Leadership at a specified location and date.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees that they are responsible for full payment of fees for the Retreat, regardless of whether they attend or complete the Retreat. All payments are non-refundable. Any payment plans must be completed in full and on a timely basis.
Failure to complete payments by the due dates may result in the Client forfeiting their place in the Retreat. In the event a Client initiates a chargeback, the Client’s participation in the Retreat will be immediately cancelled until a resolution has been negotiated.
TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION & EXPENSES
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Retreat fee does not include flights, travel, transfers, visas, insurance, or any additional personal expenses. The Client is solely responsible for arranging and covering all travel associated with attending the Retreat, and for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including valid identification and any applicable visas. The Provider is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions.
PARTICIPATION
We will do our absolute best to create a powerful, supportive, and transformational Retreat experience. We will guide, teach, and facilitate to the best of our ability, however outcomes are influenced by each individual’s level of engagement, openness, and commitment. To receive the full benefit of the Retreat, the Client agrees to participate fully in all scheduled activities, sessions, and experiences. At times, participants may feel challenged or ‘stuck’ as part of the process. This is a normal part of growth, and support will be available throughout the Retreat. The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own wellbeing, choices, and participation during the Retreat. Any personal information shared during the Retreat by participants or the Provider is to be treated as confidential and respected accordingly.
HEALTH, SAFETY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Client acknowledges that participation in the Retreat may involve physical, emotional, or psychological activities. By attending, the Client confirms they are in suitable physical and mental health to participate and will take full responsibility for their own wellbeing throughout the Retreat. The Client agrees to inform the Provider in advance of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health considerations that may impact their participation. The Client participates in the Retreat at their own risk. The Provider is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation, except where required by law.
ATTENDANCE & SCHEDULING
The Retreat takes place on fixed dates and at a specified location. By registering, the Client agrees to attend the Retreat as scheduled. It is not possible to pause, transfer, or extend the Retreat outside of these dates. By accepting or agreeing to this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that the Retreat is a fixed experience and understands that there are no pauses, transfers, extensions, or time off available. If the Client is unable to attend for any reason, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Provider.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY PROVIDER
The Provider reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to the Retreat (including location, schedule, or facilitators) due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient participant numbers, illness, venue issues, or events beyond the Provider’s control. In the event of cancellation by the Provider, the Client will be offered either a transfer to a future Retreat or a refund of payments made. The Provider is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Client, including travel or accommodation expenses.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Provider shall not be held liable for failure to deliver the Retreat due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
DISCLAIMER
The Provider is not licensed or qualified to provide personal counselling, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other financial advice. Any information provided during the Retreat is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as professional advice. The Client should seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals for any such matters.
LITIGATION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the breach thereof, which the parties are unable to resolve after at least thirty (30) days of good faith negotiations, shall be filed and heard in NSW, Australia.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The liability borne by the Provider, its employees, agents, associates, successors, assigns, and legal representatives under this Agreement is limited in direct proportion to the compensation paid to the Provider under this Agreement, and shall not, under any condition, exceed the amount already paid to the Provider at the time of any such claim, demand, or cause of action whatsoever.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions by accepting this Agreement.
