Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is between you (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Client’) and True Freedom Leadership (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Provider’).
By accepting or agreeing to this Agreement (i.e. as indicated on checkout pages), the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The ‘Program’ as referred to throughout this document shall be considered group and/or private mentoring with True Freedom Leadership.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees that they are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire course of the Program, regardless of whether they attend or complete the Program. All payments are non-refundable, and all monthly payments must be made on a timely basis. Any delay in payments will suspend client participation in the program until their account is made current. In the event a client initiates a chargeback, the Client’s program will immediately be suspended until a resolution has been negotiated.
PARTICIPATION
We will do our absolute best to give you what you need to be successful. We will teach specific skills and demonstrate as far as possible what needs to be done. We will work with you to the best of our ability. While there are always random elements that may affect short-term results, hard work and commitment are what will make the most difference over time. To receive the positive results and success others have obtained from this program, dedication and commitment is required from you. Patience, perseverance, and the willingness to follow our suggestions are also required to get the results you desire. Part of the work that needs to be done includes active participation on the coaching calls. Anyone can feel ‘stuck’ at certain times when advancing in their business and personal life. This is a normal part of the process. When that ‘stuck’ feeling happens, we are here for you - you just need to let us know so we can give you the help and support you need. Anything you share as part of your Program, including the session recordings, remains confidential to True Freedom Leadership.
It is not possible to put the Program on hold, delay enrollment, or extend the program past the end date, unless you have openly discussed specific circumstances ahead of time with the Provider. By accepting or agreeing to this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that this Program is a continuous experience and understands that there are no delays, breaks, extensions, or time off available. We understand there may be unavoidable absences from group Program sessions, in which case the Client can find all session recordings and materials on the Online Portal.
DISCLAIMER
The Provider is not licensed or qualified to provide personal counseling, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other financial advice, and the information provided to you by the Provider is not intended as such. You should refer all personal counselling, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other financially related inquiries to appropriately qualified and licensed professionals.
LITIGATION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the breach thereof, which the parties hereto are unable to resolve after at least thirty (30) days of good faith negotiations shall be filed and heard in NSW Australia.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The liability borne by the Provider, its employees, agents, associates, successors, assigns, and legal representatives under this Agreement is limited in direct proportion to the compensation paid to the Provider under this Agreement, and shall not, under any condition, exceed the amount already paid to the Provider at the time of any such claim, demand, or cause of action whatsoever.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions by accepting this Agreement.
