We Are Trusted By Leaders From
Retreat to Nature
Have you noticed how different you feel after time in nature? The noise drops. The mind clears. The body settles.
There’s something ancient that awakens when you sit by a fire, feel the earth under your feet, or watch the sun rise over an open horizon. You remember that you’re part of something bigger - and that real strength comes from stillness, not control.
At True Freedom Leadership, our nature-based leadership retreats are designed to strip away distraction and help you reconnect with your true self, not the role you play, but the man underneath.
Why This Retreat?
You’re putting in the work. You're doing the meditation, the reflection, having honest conversations that ask you to look at yourself more clearly.
You’ve had moments where everything “clicks,” where you feel more present and in flow; more capable of leading yourself and the people around you.
And yet… you know there’s a level you haven’t touched yet.
Now imagine giving yourself the space to go deeper...
Not through a screen, but around a crackling fire... Not through earbuds but in the sounds of the woodlands. Across three uninterrupted days.
Instead of trying to fit your growth around a busy life, imagine stepping out of it long enough to reset, recalibrate, and reconnect with what matters most.
This retreat is for men who are ready to cross a threshold.
Whether you’ve been part of our community or have been doing the work in your own way, this retreat is an opportunity to step further into the man you know you can be.
What You'll Experience:
Three days immersed in nature, walking the arc of the Hero’s Journey - the ancient path every man follows when he steps into who he’s meant to become.
Day 1: Departure:
Leave the ordinary world behind.
Slow down.
Set your intention.
Cross your first threshold into a space designed for depth and presence.
Day 2: Descent:
Face what you’ve been avoiding.
Meet your shadow with courage.
Reconnect with the younger version of you who built the protective walls you’re now ready to take down.
Day 3: Return:
Integrate what you’ve learned.
Shift from the Old Paradigm to the New - from control and reactivity to presence and responsibility.
Make commitments that stick.
Return home changed.
Woven throughout:
Qi Gong at dawn, cold-water immersion, sauna, time in nature, fireside circles, soul-warming food, and the kind of conversations that only happen when men have the space to be truly present.
What You’ll Take Home:
- Clarity on what’s been holding you back... and what’s calling you forward.
- Tools for navigating your shadow, triggers, emotions, and inner landscape.
- Connection with men who’ve done the work beside you and will hold you accountable long after the retreat
- A felt sense of who you’re becoming... not just an idea of it.
- Daily practices you can integrate into daily life to stay grounded, present, and connected to your growth.
This retreat isn’t about collecting insights. It’s about creating change you can feel.
Who This Is For:
Men who:
- Are already on a personal growth path and want to go deeper
- Feel the gap between who they are and who they know they could be
- Understand that vulnerability is strength, even when it’s uncomfortable
- Want meaningful connection with other men, not surface-level banter
- Are ready to step out of their comfort zone - physically and emotionally.
This isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about returning to it more grounded, more present, and more yourself.

Your Facilitators
This retreat will be guided and facilitated by Rich Stokes and Tim Bowles - two of our long-time True Freedom Leadership coaches who have trained closely with Bodhi Aldridge and carry the depth of this work into everything they do.
Rich brings the clarity of a former global leader who discovered success without presence isn’t enough. After years leading teams across the world, he chose a slower, more intentional life in Ibiza - a shift that now shapes the way he supports men to reconnect with what truly matters. His grounded calm and deep listening create a space where men can speak truthfully and be met fully.
Tim carries the quiet wisdom of the land he grew up on. After years working in London and Hong Kong, he returned home to create Campwell - a space designed to help people reconnect with simplicity, nature, and what’s real. His presence invites men back into their bodies, their breath, and the steadiness beneath it all.
Together, they hold a powerful, steady container - the kind of space where real change can happen.
